Visiting Palma Central in Tulum, MX

If you are planning your trip to Tulum you have to check this place out. Palma Central Food Truck Park is reminiscent of Portland’s food park scene and has a great variety of trucks to check out. It’s super vegetarian-friendly, too!

Location of Palma Central Food Truck Park

I have basically been using Burrito Amor as a compass to getting around Tulum Peublo. And luckily, Palma Central is really close to Burrito Amor, even walking distance!

If you are staying in town, it should be pretty easy to get to if you’ve rented a bike or scooter. Personally, we are staying in Aldea Zama so it was a bit more of a trek.

The Vibes at Tulum’s Food Truck Park

As with most of Tulum Pueblo, it’s really laid back. Lots of greenery and beautiful woodwork, which I’m a huge fan of. They are currently open 5PM – 11PM and we arrived right as they opened. The bar workers will bring you drinks directly, which was awesome!

We tried food from a few places but I highly recommend the vegetarian cuban place. The “meat” is made with jackfruit and was super, super flavorful. Highly recommend!

    Final thoughts

If you are staying in Tulum Pueblo, this should be top of your list. I love more laid back vibes and don’t adore the Tulum Beach madness, so this is the perfect vibe for me.

Let me know what you think if you visit, I’d love to hear about your experience! I'm on Pinterest and Instagram @livingfullestblogger. 🙂
