Easy Halloween Drink Ideas
The following recipes are some of my favorite Halloween cocktail ideas because they are so easy! There's no need for advanced bartending techniques--just delicious drinks with a few common ingredients.
Harvest Apple Cocktail Punch
This recipe still combines the warm and spicy flavors of spiced rum with the crisp and refreshing taste of Lumi Juice and ginger beer, while the lime juice adds a bright and tangy flavor to the mix.
Here's what you'll need:
- 1 bottle (750ml) of spiced rum
- 6 cups Lumi Harvest Apple Juice (or other high quality apple juice or cider)
- 2 cups ginger beer
- ½ cup fresh squeezed lime juice
- Apple slices and cinnamon sticks, for garnish, or carved apple heads.*
Instructions:
- In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the spiced rum, Lumi Harvest Apple Juice, ginger beer, and fresh squeezed lime juice.
- Stir until well combined.
- Add carved apple heads to the drink if using.*
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until you're ready to serve.
- When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice.
- Pour the apple cocktail mixture over the ice and serve.
*To make the carved apple heads, use a small paring knife to carve faces onto the apples to look like jack-o'lanterns. Allow the apples to soak in the apple punch before serving.
This recipe can be easily scaled up or down to fit the size of your crowd.
