Boil one cup of water in a pot.

In a mixing bowl, add the boiling water and jello mix. Whisk until the jello is fully dissolved.

Stir in the cold water and liquor until the mixture is fully blended.

Carefully pour the mixture into the plastic syringes. Leave enough space at the top for the cap.

Place the syringe shots in the fridge for at least two hours to let the jello set.
