We haven’t been back in Michigan for very long, just a few months. However, the boys have already been able to master their sibling rivalry when it comes to playing. Especially, when it involves playing with each other in any competition type games. Our latest game has been laser tag with the Laser X Micro Blasters. It didn’t take long, probably not even five minutes into play.
Guess that is normal with siblings, especially boys!
Mastering Sibling Rivalry with the Laser X Micro Blaster
We recently received a complimentary double set of Micro Blasters for the boys to test out. They were excited to receive the Laser X Two Player Laser Tag Gaming Set, especially since we didn’t bring any toys with us when we moved back to Michigan. In fact, the only toys the boys had were a couple of small sets of Legos and some coloring products. We’ve wanted to get them more toys to play with; however, when buying a fixer-upper home, you tend to spend your money on fixing the house.
Now, I know that most of the problem is the age difference in our boys, but sibling rivalry is sibling rivalry no matter the age difference. Nonetheless, they love playing with their Micro Blasters; they can’t agree on how to play.
About Micro Blasters
The Micro Blasters are the newest addition to a line of laser tag type products. You can find the original Laser X, which blasts 200 feet; a Long-Range Blaster, which blasts 400 feet; and a Gaming Tower with ten built-in games.
If you are not familiar with Laser X products you will be interested in knowing that like other Laser X gear:
- Micro Blasters feature state-of-the-art lighting and sound effects that bring the excitement of a laser tag arena right to your backyard. Strap a receiver onto your upper arm, and blast opponents up to 100 feet away. Reloading is easier than ever; all you have to do is press and hold the trigger.
- All Laser X sets work together so that games can have as few as two players – or the whole neighborhood can play together. Advanced sensors in the Laser X blaster know when players are blasting, being hit, running or hiding. An interactive “coach” uses this information to give players tips and tricks throughout the game.
- The new 5-inch Laser X Micro Blasters fit easily into bags and backpacks and are great for games on-the-go! Laser X Micro Blasters may be small, but they deliver big fun. Just strap on a receiver and blast opponents up to 100 feet away!
- Micro Blasters are recommended for ages 6+ and retail for $29.99 for a double set and $14.99 to equip a single player. The game is available at GetLaserX.com and is coming soon to Walmart, Costco, and Target
Best way to get the kids out of the house, especially in Michigan when the weather is finally beautiful after a long winter. The kids just aren’t used to being cooped up in the house after being in Hawaii for three years!
