It’s amazing how popular Angry Birds still is. This was one of the first games I remember hearing about years ago when I got my first iPhone. Now you can get them in all types of games, online and off!
About Angry Birds Space Game
Build, blast and lift off with an exciting skill-and-action game based on the best-selling digital app Angry Birds in Space. The egg-stealing pigs are out of this world, and the Angry Birds have followed to get their revenge! Players draw a space mission card and build the structure shown before their opponents launch an Angry Bird in an attempt to knock it-and the pigs-down to win points. Break open the pig’s helmet for a bonus! Cards include four levels of difficulty.
Angry Birds just started in our home over the last few months. We had tried to peek Thaddeus’ interest with the game in several ways before we actually got the iPad app for him to play. However, it wasn’t until we got the app that he actually realized that it was something fun and something he wanted.
Now, we can’t seem to keep him away from Angry Birds. He’s got shirts, shoes, a jacket, gloves, hat, and more! I think he likes the physical games like this one because he can add additional characters to it and combine several Angry Bird games into one huge battle. Even though there is a real game involved with cards and everything, he enjoys playing it on his own and showing us all the different scenes he can come up with.
What more could a kid want? I mean, not only do they get to build something, but they get to knock it down by tossing a bird through the air and knocking everything over and getting points for it!
