I have a love/hate relationship with vegetables. In fact the entire family does. The ones I really like, no one else does. The ones my husband likes, our oldest has to like just because daddy does. There are very few vegetables that we all like. My most favorite vegetables would have to be Asparagus, Summer Squash, and Zucchini. Doesn’t really matter how they are cooked I seem to like them! For this recipe my husband grilled them for me. Super easy and quick recipe!
- Summer Squash
- Garlic Powder
- Olive Oil
- Prepare asparagus as you normally would for cooking and slice the Summer Squash and Zucchini long for better grilling.
- Brush a little Olive Oil on the vegetables and season with salt & garlic powder.
- Grill for about 5 minutes on each side.
You can add additional seasonings if you wish or add additional vegetables too!
