I’m really just getting into the fitness scene and I do have to say that it is a bit intimidating. However, I love the gym I go to because it is all women and at any given time you can be there by yourself or there with several other ladies.
The one thing this gym does lack is the group feeling. Thanks to Les Mills and Reebok there is a new level of fitness that has arrived and it looks like it could be very interesting and intense! You read that right, there is a totally new workout concept that was put together by Les Mills and Reebok that is set to revolutionize the Studio Fitness Industry! Together they are showcasing fitness in the digital age, The Project: Immersive Fitness is meant to draw inspiration from live music performance technology and 360° cinema that will take the studio workouts to the next level.
For those of you that hadn’t heard of Les Mills, he is the creator of global group fitness and team training programs that include BODYPUMP™, BODYCOMBAT™, RPM™, and its recent LES MILLS GRIT™ Series.
