Green Chocolate Chip Cookies

This recipe comes from your basic chocolate chip cookie recipe, I just happened to used the same one I used for my Hershey’s Classic Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe with a small change.  The only difference is I didn’t use Hershey’s chocolate chips but Nestle milk chocolate chips and green food coloring.

Green Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, Christmas, or for any other celebration you desire.  You can also change the green food coloring to your own desired color.

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chip cookies

  2. Beat butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until creamy.

I wonder if there’s another way to make these green? A little pureed peas maybe? I’m trying to avoid feeding my kids artificial food coloring if I can help it.
