Well, today I worked out for the first time in a long time, well other than the normal running around chasing Thaddeus or going for a short walk with him to the park or mailbox. Anyway, I walked 1.3 miles in 30 minutes on the treadmill, and it felt great. I also did a little exercise with the exercise ball, maybe 15 minutes worth.
I’m going to try to workout on the treadmill at least once a day for at least 30 minutes and one mile each day. I’ll try that for about a week and then up it to two miles within 30 minutes a day and continue to work it up either by miles and/or minutes. I’m going to make this weight fall off by walking. I don’t know how long it’ll take, but I’m going to lose this 30 pounds and get me a nice figure again!
