As the New Year came around, I made a resolution for myself. Lose weight. Now, I don’t need to lose a lot of weight and I’m striving to lose more weight than I really need to, but I’m going to lose as much as I can to reach my goal.
So, I’ve started Weight Watchers and I’m getting ready to start the Alli pills (forgot to bring them with me to work today to start) tomorrow. For the most part I will be following the diet of Weight Watchers and using the Alli pills as a boost.
I’ll probably be posting more posts on this subject over the next few months with my achievements, whatever they may be.
Along with the dieting, I am trying to get myself back into working out. I’ll be using the Wii Fit, treadmill, and a workout bench with hand weights along with my balancing ball to keep up with the fitness part of my weight loss journey.
