We were recently given the opportunity to try out the new fruit pies by Banquet, courtesy of Mom Central.
We received four coupons to try out the new fruit pies from Banquet. I’m not much of a pie eater, don’t mind making them, but I’m not that big on them. Hubby on the other hand loves pie, especially fruit pie. The new Banquet Fruit Pies come in Apple, Beach, and Cherry Berry. Each pie is one serving and is between 360 & 370 calories (depending on which one you buy).
It was a bit hard to find them, apparently they are not sold in all grocery stores and in our area we can only get them from Target. Hopefully they start selling them at more stores because we do not do much shopping at Target. Anyway, the pies are awesome! Thankfully they are small, otherwise we’d be gaining even more weight. These little things are perfect size for us to get a small piece of pie and enjoy a little dessert without going overboard, like we would if I were to bake a full pie!
For 50 years, Banquet has been making the familiar foods that families love. From Salisbury steak to crispy fried chicken and turkey pot pies to chicken breast tenders, you can always count on Banquet to provide consistently good taste at a great value.
Banquet products include frozen dinners, pot pies, fried chicken, chicken nuggets, tenders and patties, Banquet wings, Homestyle Bakes, and Crock-Pot® Classics.
The Banquet brand began in 1953 with the introduction of frozen meat pies. Banquet frozen dinners first hit store shelves in 1955. The ’70s brought several different fried chicken offerings. Most recently, Banquet launched Homestyle Bakes and Dessert Bakes, and the brand revolutionized convenient, family-style cooking with the introduction of Banquet Crock-Pot Classics in 2004.
